Mr. Bab, Attorney with Lacey Lyons Rezanka, concentrates his practice on General Civil Litigation with a focus on: Business and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Insurance Disputes and Construction Law. Mr. Babb is experienced in prosecuting and defending cases in both state and federal courts. In addition to his diverse litigation practice, Mr. Babb handles an array of transactional business and real estate matters affecting businesses and property owners alike. Prior to attending law school and obtaining his Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was a Dean Scholar, Mr. Babb worked in various capacities in the real estate industry and is a licensed real estate broker. This has allowed him to gain practical hands on experience dealing with both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Attorney Babb is on the Board of Directors for the Brevard County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
