Attorney Amanda Wilhelm has practiced for 10 years in public interest law specializing in education rights for children, parents, and young adults.  Attorney Wilhelm practices in special education law, litigation, probate litigation, and guardianship, to name a few, in Brevard County. Her education practice includes advocacy for disciplinary, special education, behavioral, bullying, placement, IEP, and records issues. Attorney Wilhelm started at Lacey Lyons Rezanka in January of 2022. Beforehand, Attorney Wilhelm was a Supervising Attorney of the Education Legal Rights Project at Legal Aid of Broward County.

Attorney Wilhelm received her bachelor’s degree in 2003 from Colgate University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2009 (where she is in good standing) and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010. Attorney Wilhelm assisted in creating the Mission United program between Brevard County Legal Aid and United Way of Brevard.

Attorney Wilhelm is married to her husband, John, and lives in Cocoa Beach. She has embraced the Space Coast lifestyle and enjoys watching the rockets launch from the Kennedy Space Center from the beach.
